Guilty Pleas in Bridgeport Sex Assault Case

Lawsuit Filed in Windham Gunshot Case

Attorney Tim O’Keefe Files Middletown Child Sex Abuse Lawsuit

Connecticut Crime Victim Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has filed a child sex abuse lawsuit on behalf of a woman who was sexually molested when she was just four years old.  The case has been filed in Middletown Superior Court.  The defendant in the lawsuit is Charles Jarzbek.  “The case has been scheduled for a preliminary hearing to take place on April 4 at Middletown Superior Court.  We expect to present evidence to the court and to seek an attachment of the defendant’s assets at that time.” Tim O’Keefe

$250,000.00 Attachment Ordered in Meriden Child Sex Abuse Case

On March 14, 2016, after a contested hearing at Meriden Superior Court, Judge John Cronan issued an attachment order against the defendant in the amount of $250,000.00 in the case of Doe v. Norbert.  The child sex abuse case was filed against former Boy Scout Leader Mark Norbert, formerly of South Meriden, Connecticut.

$140,000.00 Verdict For Plaintiff in Groton Assault Case

Child Sex Abuse Lawsuit Filed Against Former Boy Scout Leader

Connecticut Crime Victim Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a Connecticut man who was sexually abused when he was 13 and 14 years old by a former boy scout leader from Vernon, Connecticut.  The lawsuit, Doe v. Martin, was filed in Rockville Superior Court and seeks damages for the significant harm perpetrated by the defendant.  “This man has suffered greatly throughout his lifetime as a result of the defendant taking complete advantage of him when he was a child.  The defendant was prosecuted for these crimes, but was given an extremely light sentence by the court as part of a plea agreement.  We hope to obtain some financial resources for our client so he can get the mental health therapy that he needs to continue with his healing and recovery.”  Tim O’Keefe
