Attorney Tim O’Keefe Retained to Represent Drunk Driving Victim

Attorney Tim O’Keefe of the trial law firm of Kenny, O’Keefe & Usseglio, P.C. has been retained to represent the victim of a recent drunk driving automobile crash that occurred in Middletown, Connecticut.  The automobile crash occurred when the intoxicated driver crashed his vehicle into two automobiles that were stopped for a red light.  The driver was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol and Travelling Unreasonably Fast.  The driver has been arraigned in Middletown Superior Court where he will be criminally prosecuted.

Child Sex Assault Case Tried in New Britain

On May 28 and 29, 2014, the case of John Doe v. Arturo Bravo was tried to the court at New Britain Superior Court in New Britain, Connecticut. The case involves a claim by a young man that he was sexually molested by his great uncle when he was a much younger boy. The case was tried before Judge Trial Referee, Joseph Shortall. The trial featured several witnesses including two other men who testified that they were also sexually molested by the defendant when they were young boys. Child Sex Assault Case To Begin Trial in New Britain Superior Court

The child sex assault case of Doe v. Arturo Bravo is scheduled to begin trial on May 28, 2014 at New Britain Superior Court. The minor plaintiff in the case claims that he was sexually molested by the defendant when he was between the approximate ages of eight and thirteen. The case seeks compensatory and punitive damages for the harm caused by the sexual assaults. Disabled Woman Sexually Assaulted in Watertown, Connecticut
