Connecticut Crime Victim Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has announced that jury selection will begin on April 3 in a trial involving a teen girl who was sexually assaulted at the Plainville YMCA.  “This assault was preventable.  If proper safety protocols were followed, it would not have occurred.  The entity responsible has refused to accept any responsibility for its negligence.  We filed this lawsuit to seek accountability for this young girl.”  Tim O’Keefe
