Guilty Pleas in Bridgeport Sex Assault Case

Connecticut Crime Victim Lawyer Tim O’Keefe is representing two women in a claim for damages against the New Prospects drug and alcohol treatment center in Bridgeport, Connecticut arising out of the sexual assaults of the women at the facility by the facility’s custodian.  On Friday, May 27, 2016, the custodian entered guilty pleas in the criminal cases.  “Despite the fact that the facility and its insurance carrier continue to deny the sexual assaults, the guilty pleas by the perpetrator demonstrate that these women were the victims of sexual assault while seeking drug and alcohol treatment a the New Prospects facility.  We look forward to presenting our evidence to the jury in the first trial in August.”  Tim O’Keefe
