Court Denies Motion to Dismiss in Child Molestation Case

Connecticut Crime Victim Lawyer Tim O’Keefe has announced that a Connecticut Superior Court judge has denied a defendant’s Motion to Dismiss in a child molestation case pending in Middletown Superior Court.  “The defendant, who molested his daughter when she was very young, is trying to escape culpability by claiming that he was already prosecuted for his crimes.  It may be a creative lawyer’s argument, but it has no basis in Connecticut law.”  Tim O’Keefe
