Jury selection is set to begin in a lawsuit filed against EastConn Transportation on September 15, 2015 at Rockville Superior Court. The case involves an EastConn bus driver who repeatedly sexually assaulted a fifteen year old girl in EastConn’s care over a period of three months. “The defendant refuses to accept ANY responsibility for what happened to this young girl and its insurance company apparently has no interest in reaching an amicable settlement in the case.
